With the necessary skills, MLTs can find employment in clinics, hospitals, doctor’s offices, blood bank centers, and private laboratories.MLTs can also grow to become Lab Technician, moving to Hematology Technician and Clinical Biochemistry Technician. Further, a Clinical Biochemistry Technician progresses to become a Microbiology Technician, Chief Laboratory Technician, and then Assistant Clinical Laboratory Manager. From there, he finally takes up the role of a Clinical Laboratory Manager, which is the most superior role within this field.
